I grew up a Military Brat and a Third Culture Kid. I spent some of the best years of my life in Italy as a kid and teenager. It was an experience I will never forget, and it is so much a part of me still today.

Some of my biggest loves:
MUSIC - I am the proud daughter of a musician, and I played the flute, oboe, and piccolo throughout school. I've also been known to tinker on the piano keys and the xylophone, and I played violin in grade school. Although I don't have a lot of time to play these days, I'm always listening. To me, music is food for the soul.

FOOD AND WINE: Who could not gain an appreciation for great food and wine after living in Italy and having the opportunity to travel for so many years? I'm always on the look-out for the best Pizza Napoletana or some authentic Mozzarella di Bufala!

BOOKS: I love to read. I have a bookshelf full of books that I am still trying to read. Not the electronic versions, please! I definitely prefer holding the book, turning the pages, smelling the paper...yes, I am a geek like that!

PHOTOGRAPHY: I have a great DSLR camera, and I love to take pictures. I'm not sure I'm as good at it as I think I could be, and again, time doesn't allow these days. So my love is more an appreciation for all those hard-working photographers out there, and their amazing work!

ANIMALS: I love all the little creatures, and could never imagine life at home without my "babies".

I am a member of the National Association of Professional Women, the American Diabetes Association, and I am currently on a mad mission to grow my hair as long as possible so I can donate it to Locks of Love.

So now you know a little about me... Let me hear about you and the amazing moments you're planning!
